Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled at any of our offices during regular business hours. Our office hours have been set for the convenience of our patients. If your child is ill or requires medical attention right away, please call any of our offices immediately. We will do our best to schedule an appointment for you as soon as possible.

In evenings and on weekends and holidays only our Newburyport office (lower level) is open for sick call hours; however, patients from all three of our offices are always welcome in Newburyport at those times.

Sick Call Hours

During sick call hours no appointment is necessary. Children will be seen in the order that they check in with the office. Our sick call hours are designed for parents of suddenly or newly ill children. During the winter months these sessions can be very crowded. We encourage parents to make an appointment during regular hours whenever possible as it may reduce your waiting time. Except in cases of extreme emergency, patients with scheduled appointments will be seen before unscheduled walk-in patients. During our sick call hours we will not be able to discuss long-term problems. For such issues, please schedule an appointment during our regular office hours.

Please note that walk-in sick call hours on weekdays are only from 8 to 9 AM. We also schedule same-day sick visits throughout the day every Monday through Friday to accommodate patients who become sick during the course of the day.
